At Prince Travels, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to both parties. Please review the details below to understand our terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• 12 hours or more Before the Scheduled Trip:
  • You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund of your deposit or payment.
• Within 12 Hours of the Scheduled Trip:
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled trip will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. The remaining balance will be refunded.
• Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows:
  • Cancellations made on the same day as the trip or failure to appear at the pick-up location (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.

2. Cancellation by Prince Travels

In rare circumstances, Prince Travels may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen events such as extreme weather, vehicle breakdowns, or driver unavailability. In such cases:

• A full refund of your deposit or payment will be provided.
• Where possible, we will offer an alternative vehicle or reschedule your trip at no extra cost.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during booking.

4. Modification of Booking

• Any modification to your booking (such as changes to the pick-up time or destination) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip. We will accommodate changes subject to availability.
• If the modification results in a change of price, you will be notified of the adjusted cost, and any overpayment or underpayment will be processed accordingly.
