Welcome to Prince Travels! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Introduction

Prince Travels, based in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, provides reliable and professional travel services for long-distance journeys, including vacation trips, school excursions, intercity travel, and wedding bookings. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms listed here. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Prince Travels provides vehicles for various travel purposes, including but not limited to:

• Vacation trips
• School excursions
• Intercity travel
• Barat and wedding bookings

Our services include the provision of well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers.

3. Booking Process

Customers can make a booking by contacting us through phone, WhatsApp, or our website. Upon booking:

• A confirmation message will be sent to the customer with details of the vehicle, driver, and the service.
• Booking must be made at least 12 hours before the planned trip.
• All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

We reserve the right to decline any booking for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of vehicles or drivers, safety concerns, or adverse weather conditions.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment Structure: Payment can be made through cash, bank transfer, or online payment methods. For most bookings, a 20% deposit is required to confirm the service, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the journey or during the journey if required.
• Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations at the time of pickup will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. If a service is canceled by Prince Travels due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather, or driver unavailability, a full refund will be provided to the customer. Any partial cancellations (such as a reduction in trip days) will be adjusted and refunded accordingly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the following when using our services:

• Providing accurate booking details, including pick-up time, location, and destination.
• Informing us of any special requests, such as additional luggage space, at the time of booking.
• Ensuring passengers adhere to all local laws and regulations, including wearing seat belts and not smoking inside the vehicle.
• Maintaining respectful behavior towards drivers. Any inappropriate or abusive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the service without a refund.

7. Driver Responsibilities

All drivers provided by Prince Travels are professional, experienced, and licensed. Their responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
• Following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.

Drivers have the authority to refuse any service if they feel it compromises their safety or the safety of the passengers.

8. Liability

Prince Travels is not responsible for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen mechanical failures.
• Loss or damage of personal items during the trip. Customers are advised to ensure the safety of their belongings.
• Injuries sustained as a result of reckless or negligent behavior by passengers.

While we strive to provide safe and efficient services, Prince Travels shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are regularly maintained to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. However, in case of unforeseen breakdowns or malfunctions during a trip:

• Prince Travels will provide alternative arrangements wherever possible.
• If an alternate vehicle cannot be provided, a partial or full refund will be issued depending on the distance traveled and the nature of the breakdown.

10. Changes to Services

Prince Travels reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions or our services at any time. Customers will be notified of any major changes that affect bookings. The latest version of our Terms and Conditions will always be available on our website.

11. Force Majeure

Prince Travels shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, accidents, pandemics, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.
